Spring Covid19 Ride

Spring has sprung and it was time for a nice ride to Waterways. We stopped off at 'The Nest' for a custard slice and to enjoy the views. Then back home for some homemade PIZZA. It was a nice way to spend the Lockdown during this part of the Scamdemic.

1st Feed after Flu

After two months the restaurants have 'finally' opened and the best way to celebrate was to drive down the peninsula and have a feed. We popped into Barmah Park Restaurant & Cellar Door and enjoyed a great family meal. It is good to see that the flu season is nearly over and the insanity is ebbing. All we now have to deal with is the protests and riots. :-)

Long weekend = Getting away, and what better a place to do this is in the Victorian countryside. We headed out for a motocross weekend in Gippsland where we stayed at the Starglen Lodge. After a few falls, we headed out to Mansfield for lunch, putt-putt (we normally stop in Mansfield to get snow chains) and a cold beer in Bonnie Doon Hotel where we went down to Lake Eildon to investigate our next adventure.
